Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.40 / Hour Job Schedule: Wednesday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Friday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or public emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including building interiors, exterior perimeters, parking areas, and common spaces, to help identify unusual activity and/or security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe visitor activity, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property issues that could affect daily operations. Support a professional atmosphere within a commercial real estate location by providing directions, answering questions, and helping to address routine tenant and guest concerns in a courteous manner. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
