The Senior Manager, Creator & Social Commerce will lead the strategy and execution of Skullcandy's creator-driven commerce business, with immediate ownership of TikTok Shop revenue growth and broader responsibility for social-commerce marketplaces as the business expands.

This role will maintain and scale Skullcandy's creator-commerce engine spanning creator recruitment, affiliate activation, product seeding, content development, commission strategy, and relationship management. The Senior Manager will own the commercial levers of TikTok Shop while developing and scaling Skullcandy's presence across emerging social-commerce marketplaces, including Meta Shops, YouTube Shopping, and future platform opportunities.

The role will partner closely with Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Finance, Planning, and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate combines strong creator instincts with commercial rigor. They understand how to build authentic creator relationships while managing revenue targets, creator productivity, content output, commission efficiency, and channel profitability.

Primary Functional Responsibilities

TikTok Shop & Social Commerce Marketplace Growth

• Develop and execute the strategy to grow TikTok Shop revenue, profitability, and new-customer acquisition while building a roadmap for broader social-commerce marketplace expansion.
• Own performance across social-commerce marketplaces against annual, quarterly, and monthly GMV, contribution margin, and efficiency targets.
• Manage assortment, merchandising, promotional strategy, product launches, platform campaigns, and other commercial growth levers across TikTok Shop and future social-commerce marketplaces.
• Evaluate, launch, and scale new social-commerce opportunities, including Meta Shops, YouTube Shopping, and other emerging platforms that align with Skullcandy's consumer and commercial strategy.
• Partner with Planning team to align inventory availability with creator activity, promotional plans, and demand forecasts.
• Monitor platform performance, account health, policy compliance, fulfillment metrics, and emerging capabilities across each marketplace.
• Identify and test opportunities across shoppable video, live shopping, paid amplification, platform events, and new social-commerce formats.

Creator, Influencer & Affiliate Growth

• Maintain a segmented creator strategy spanning high-potential affiliates, established influencers, emerging creators, and brand advocates.
• Own creator recruitment, outreach, onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement, with clear targets for recruited, activated, and revenue-producing creators.
• Build commission, incentive, and bonus structures that increase creator participation and productivity while protecting channel profitability.
• Develop programs that motivate creators to publish consistently, support priority launches, and increase sales performance over time.
• Cultivate direct relationships with top-performing creators while building scalable systems for managing the broader creator community.
• Own creator-affiliate strategy across TikTok Shop and other current and future social-commerce marketplaces, affiliate networks, and social-shopping platforms.
• Coordinate closely with agencies supporting creator or affiliate engagement, providing clear priorities, creator targets, outreach guardrails, commission structures, content requirements, and performance expectations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and performance incentives with creators and partners.
• Ensure creator programs comply with FTC disclosure requirements, brand-safety standards, contractual obligations, and platform policies.

Product Seeding & Creator Content Pipeline

• Own the product-seeding strategy across Skullcandy product families, launches, and key commercial moments.
• Build monthly seeding plans by product family, creator segment, volume, and expected content output.
• Partner with Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to develop clear creator briefs that translate product benefits into compelling, culturally relevant content.
• Establish a consistent pipeline of creator content that can support TikTok Shop, organic social, Skullcandy.com, retail partners, and paid media.
• Secure appropriate content usage rights and coordinate the delivery of high-performing assets to Performance Marketing for amplification.
• Measure seeding effectiveness based on creator activation, content production, usable-content rate, engagement, conversion, and revenue rather than shipment volume alone.

Performance Management & Optimization

• Establish recurring reporting and operating rhythms for TikTok Shop, creator, affiliate, influencer, and product-seeding performance.
• Track and improve key metrics including GMV, contribution margin, active and revenue-producing creators, GMV per active creator, creator activation, affiliate conversion, commission efficiency, content output, seeding conversion, and creator retention.
• Translate performance data into concrete actions across creator recruitment, product selection, commission structures, content briefs, and promotional plans.
• Develop testing roadmaps and continuously identify opportunities to improve channel efficiency, creator productivity, and scale.
• Provide accurate forecasts, performance recaps, business risks, and strategic recommendations to Ecommerce leadership.
• Lead the scope, operating rhythm, and performance management of agencies supporting creator and affiliate engagement, with clear accountability for sourcing, activation, content output, revenue contribution, reporting, and budget efficiency.
• Manage creator-commerce technology platforms, budgets, and other external partners as needed.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as the primary connector across Ecommerce, Performance Marketing and Brand Marketing for creator-commerce initiatives.
• Partner with Performance Marketing to identify creator content that can be tested and scaled through paid media.
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing on larger awareness-led influencer partnerships to establish clear ownership and connected activation plans.
• Partner with Ecommerce and Site Merchandising to align creator programming with product launches, promotions, and on-site storytelling.
• Represent the creator and social-commerce business in cross-functional planning, forecasting, and business-review conversations.

Required Experience & Skills

• 6+ years of experience in social commerce, creator commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, ecommerce, or a related growth discipline.
• Demonstrated experience owning and growing TikTok Shop or another meaningful social-commerce business.
• Proven ability to grow revenue through creator, affiliate, and influencer programs.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center, creator affiliates, commission structures, product seeding, shoppable content, and social-commerce mechanics.
• Experience developing creator strategies that balance scaled recruitment with high-value relationship management.
• Strong commercial acumen and comfort owning revenue, margin, budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.
• Analytical fluency and the ability to translate channel and creator data into clear priorities and actions.
• Experience building operational processes across creator outreach, gifting, content tracking, usage rights, contracting, and performance reporting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, project-management, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to move fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-changing channel.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience working across ecommerce, brand, creative, product, operations, and finance teams.
• Experience within consumer electronics, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, sports, or another creator-led consumer category preferred.
• Experience with live-shopping strategy, creator-management platforms, affiliate platforms, or social-commerce technology is a plus.
