Education & Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Current Massachusetts LPN license required
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

What You'll Do

• Assist with health assessments, wellness monitoring, and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
• Promote health education, preventative care, participant safety, and overall wellness
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate person-centered care
