Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role offers flexible shift options, including a 1st shift from 7am-7pm and a 3rd shift from 7pm-7am. Both shifts operate on a 4x2 rotating schedule, requiring work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all production and auxiliary production equipment.
• Perform routine and scheduled preventative maintenance on all production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and operational readiness.
• Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on equipment and building systems to minimize downtime.
• Analyze and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems to properly make repairs.
• Dismantle machines and equipment to inspect, test, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and take a proactive role in plant safety; ensure that equipment conforms to safety regulations.
• Communicate daily issues and information to supervisors and other employees as needed.

• Industrial Electrical Experience with at least PLC troubleshooting experience, VFD's, drivers, and panel signal experience.
• Manufacturing Experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing Environment.
• Previous Tube Manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Problem-solving, individual and group facilitation skills.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mountain Top, PA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mountain Top,PA.
