Hospice RN – Wyoming Valley, PA
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team serving the Wyoming Valley, Pennsylvania area. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide meaningful care and support to patients and families during an important time in their lives.

Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team

• Educate patients and families on disease progression and comfort care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania RN license

• Hospice or home health experience preferred, but not required

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Compassionate approach to patient and family care

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
