RN Clinical Hospice Director – Wyoming Valley, PA

Serenity Hospice is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Clinical Hospice Director to lead the clinical operations of our Wyoming Valley office. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about hospice care, clinical excellence, employee development, and providing exceptional support to patients and families.

Previous healthcare management experience is required. Hospice leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations for the Wyoming Valley office

• Lead, support, and mentor the interdisciplinary clinical team

• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered hospice care

• Monitor staffing, scheduling, productivity, documentation, and patient needs

• Maintain compliance with Medicare requirements, state regulations, and company policies

• Participate in QAPI activities, clinical audits, and performance-improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with physicians, office leadership, referral partners, patients, and families

• Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license in good standing

• Previous nursing or healthcare management experience is required

• Hospice or home health leadership experience is strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of clinical compliance and hospice standards

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Homecare Homebase, Vitalis, and Align is a plus
