Director of Revenue Cycle Management
Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319
Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Salary: $100,000+ DOE
We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize revenue cycle operations for a growing behavioral health organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee billing, coding, claims, denials, A/R, and collections.
- Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve revenue performance.
- Optimize Netsmart EHR billing workflows and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Florida Medicaid MCOs, and commercial payer requirements.
- Lead revenue cycle teams and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
- 7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including behavioral health, with 2+ years in senior management.
- Netsmart EHR and Florida Medicaid/MCO experience required.
- Experience with FQHCs or community health centers preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytics, billing compliance, and denial management skills.
- Must pass required drug screening and Level II background check.
