Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for clients and their families, addressing critical areas such as psychological responses to physical illnesses, behavioral issues, and substance dependencies.

• Diagnose, evaluate, and treat a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and developmental disorders, tailoring the approach to each client’s unique situation.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic and achievable treatment goals, implementing the most effective therapeutic methodologies including cognitive therapy and crisis intervention.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to observe and document patient behaviors, ensuring that assessments and treatment plans are well-documented and updated in medical records consistently.

• Engage in regular case consultations with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care strategies are in place for our clients.

• Stay current on best practices and engage in continuous learning to enhance professional skills and provide the best possible care to patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary patient population for this position includes adults facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work closely with individuals dealing with complex issues such as trauma, addiction, anxiety, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, which includes meeting necessary internship standards that reflect professional care practices.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Recent experience providing psychological services, preferably within an outpatient or consultative capacity, within the past 12 months.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
