Job Overview Role Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support business stakeholders by gathering requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and supporting day-to-day Salesforce administration. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to Nikkiso’s upcoming large-scale initiatives, with exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds and end-to-end manufacturing processes. Annual Salary: $77,000 - $138,000 The successful candidate will be required to live within commuting distance of Huntington Beach, CA. Hybrid work schedule possible. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Requirements Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder collaboration Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and clearly defined non-functional requirements Conduct detailed business analysis to convert business challenges into clear, actionable specifications Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and solution documentation Support UAT planning and execution, including documentation of test cases and acceptance criteria Salesforce Solution & Administration Analyze business requirements, assess Salesforce platform capabilities, and recommend efficient solutions leveraging native functionality and automation Assist in designing and improving Salesforce workflows, approval processes, and basic automation Configure Salesforce features including fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards Support user onboarding, access management, and basic security (profiles, permission sets) Provide first-level Salesforce user support and basic troubleshooting #J-18808-Ljbffr Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases
