Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role within our clinical team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans that promote healthy communication and conflict resolution among family members.

• Specializing in issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, blending families, and the impact of separation and divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate therapeutic sessions, including both in-person and telehealth facilitation.

• Regularly documenting clients' progress and maintaining compliance with health regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure integrated treatment approaches for the patient's comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adults and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will interact with clients experiencing relationship difficulties, psychological stressors related to employment, health issues, and familial relationships. Qualifications\n
