Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer to manage and operate our new Reserve Cabinet Design Center, serving Interior Designers, Contractors, and Clients. The ideal candidate will create innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing kitchen and bath designs while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Design custom kitchen and bath spaces tailored to client needs, budgets, and lifestyles.
Collaborate with Interior Designers, Contractors, and Clients to develop creative design solutions.
Guide clients through cabinetry selection, sales, and project planning processes.
Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Support marketing initiatives and promote the Design Center’s services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in custom kitchen and bath design.
Strong understanding of custom, semi-custom, and stock cabinetry; expertise in true custom cabinetry preferred.
Proficiency in design software and sales processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
NKBA certification, and a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field are preferred.
