Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status and substance abuse history, tailoring your approach based on individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are pre-screened, stable, and typically present with low acuity needs. This enables therapists to focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic care rather than managing crisis situations. In addition, you will work primarily with adolescents and young adults, making it essential to relate to and engage this demographic effectively.

Qualifications\n

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) providing evidence-based therapy, particularly in a telehealth setting, is necessary.

• Strong proficiency in using digital communication tools and therapy platforms, including EHR systems and the Google suite, is crucial.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a neat and professional presentation, are required to engage effectively with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
