Your clients will typically consist of pre-screened, stable adults with low-acuity mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No limited/provisional licenses accepted; candidates should have no prior disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a natural ability to empathize with clients.

• Competence in using technology for virtual counseling sessions; computer literacy is essential.
