Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Everside Behavioral Clinic, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and relationship challenges. Each session is focused on empowering clients and is customized to address their unique experiences and goals. Through your role, you will help clients uncover their strengths and develop coping strategies that lead to improved well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
