Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to create individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using tailored therapeutic techniques suited to each client's unique circumstances, addressing needs through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other treatment modalities.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and reviewing their progress throughout treatment to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions or have geographic or mobility barriers.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment interventions, utilizing our telehealth platform.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending webinars, workshops, and peer consultations to enhance your skills and knowledge of best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n
