Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes and therapeutic sessions with clients via telehealth, ensuring to provide a safe, confidential, and effective environment for healing.

• Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation daily, ensuring adherence to the licensing requirements of Washington State.

• Engage in weekly supervision sessions to reflect on practice and receive constructive feedback to enhance treatment methodologies.

• Participate in quarterly team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and contribute to ongoing team development.

• Collaborate with fellow counselors and support staff to streamline operations and improve client outcomes, leveraging our integrated support systems.

• Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the team, reinforcing a workplace culture that values empowerment and mutual support.

• Obtain and maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage as mandated.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals aged 9 through adulthood. Your expertise in mental health treatments and therapeutic techniques will be essential in addressing a multitude of issues, from anxiety and depression to behavioral struggles and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is necessary.
