Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions, including clinical interviews and standardized questionnaires, to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, based on individual client needs.

• Provide therapeutic support through individual, group, and family therapy sessions; adapt interventions as needed to ensure client engagement and progress.

• Offer crisis intervention services during acute mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning procedures to support clients in distress.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and health care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available resources, and self-care strategies while effectively advocating for their needs and rights.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
