Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to accurately determine their mental health needs, strengths, goals, and treatment preferences.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based strategies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision, to enhance therapeutic skills and approaches.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing low to moderate mental health concerns. This includes individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and as such, it is essential to approach each case with sensitivity to cultural and socio-economic factors, ensuring inclusive care tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
