Review, edit, fact-check, and refine AI-generated content for clarity, consistency, originality, and brand alignment. Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and SEO teams to execute content strategies. Optimize content for search engines (SEO), readability, and audience engagement. Create content for Generative AI applications, chatbots, knowledge bases, and customer support resources. Research industry trends, customer insights, and competitor content to identify new content opportunities. Ensure compliance with copyright, privacy, Responsible AI, and brand guidelines. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, digital marketing, technical writing, or a similar role. Experience using AI-powered content generation tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
