Strategic Account Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing superior customer service and support, the full-time Strategic Account Specialist will manage day-to-day relationships with MWI's MVH strategic accounts, handling inquiries and resolving issues while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver high-volume customer service through phone, email, and fax communications Reconcile damaged and lost shipments, including processing returns and credits Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Customer service background preferred; veterinary clinic experience desirable Intermediate or advanced Excel skills required, along with proficiency in Word and Outlook Ability to manage stressful situations effectively Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on detail and accuracy
