Lead a warehouse team while operating forklifts in a hands-on leadership role with growth opportunities.

Warehouse Lead Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $21.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
  • Lead and direct warehouse associates in daily operations.
  • Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, staging, picking, and packing.
  • Operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts while working alongside the team.
  • Ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
  • Complete a two-step interview process with leadership before hire.

Warehouse Lead Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must be able to operate a stand-up and/or sit-down forklift.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
