Job Description
· Oversee full store operations, managing a team of 5 including a Service Manager, 2 Service Technicians, and 1 Sales Admin
· Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
· Build and foster strong relationships with consumers, community partners, and commercial fleet clients
· Conduct vehicle demonstrations for consumers showcasing wheelchair-accessible van features and capabilities
Key Requirements
· Proven experience in vehicle or automotive sales management
