If you're ready to elevate your career and maximize your earning potential, apply today to learn more about the plan and explore the exciting opportunities available!**Role responsibilities include:* 65–70% of time dedicated to active prospecting, self‐sourcing business, building a book from the ground up, and driving new client acquisition.* Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.* Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.* Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.* Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.* Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.* Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.**Basic Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Five to seven years of relevant experience**Preferred Skills/Experience** - Knowledge of local market - Strong business to business sales skills and business development abilities - Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting with commercial credit training preferred - Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis - Broad knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully identifying appropriate opportunities to sell the bank’s products - Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships - Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills- Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts**Location**The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule.
