An Allstate Licensed Inside Sales Representative engages with prospective customers to provide personalized insurance solutions, requiring a valid Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license.
Role Overview
As a Licensed Inside Sales Representative (LISR) at Allstate, you engage with active insurance shoppers through inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other digital channels. Your main responsibility is to convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales approach, identifying coverage gaps, and recommending tailored solutions from Allstate’s suite of products and affiliated companies
This is a no cold-calling role , focusing on qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized attention to customers and guide them through insurance options.
- Use your insurance expertise to uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Maintain a customer-first experience while driving sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support agency growth and customer satisfaction.
- Complete licensing requirements if not already licensed, or maintain an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license prior to hire LinkedIn.
Requirements
- Must have or obtain a valid insurance license (Property & Casualty or Personal Lines).
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
- Background check clearance is required.
Compensation and Incentives
- Target total compensation ranges from $52,000 to $175,000 per year , combining base pay with uncapped performance-based incentives
- Incentives are productivity-based and not guaranteed, governed by the applicable sales bonus plan.
