Local Government Experienced (required) - ERP Applications Consultant

EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software or systems engineering, accounting, or another technology-related field preferred SKILLS AND QUALITIES Knowledge managing, supporting, developing, and/or analyzing ERP or related applications Experience in business analysis review, documentation, and process improvements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner Must be a self‑starter and highly motivated Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint CONSULTING-RELATED EXPERIENCE PREFERRED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS Local Government Industry Experience REQUIRED Applications Consulting – Financials and Human Resources Mid‑Tier Solutions Desired Software Systems Procurement Process Software Implementation Project Management Business Process Improvement Analysis Strong Accounting Systems and/or Accounting Experience RESPONSIBILITIES Initial responsibility will be network/server design & implementation for a variety of clients Support multiple clients each day High‑level strategy, assessment, and planning, for server and network upgrades Develop and recommend technology solutions Design, develop, and test disaster recovery plans and procedures Assist with developing, implementing, and enforcing IT policies and procedures Prepare specifications for bid documents; review and evaluate proposals Work with vendors to correct hardware and software malfunctions and improve efficiencies Respond to and resolve difficult inquiries and complaints Provide emergency response to system failures, and off‑hours scheduled maintenance ADDITIONAL DETAILS 25% travel Base Office Location: Corona, CA (remote possible for right candidate) 401k Medical benefits Cafeteria benefits plan Employer assistance with certification costs (upon approval) Vacation #J-18808-Ljbffr ClientFirst Consulting Group, LLC
