This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for individuals, families, groups, and communities, tailoring interventions to suit diverse settings and client needs.

• Assess patient crises by evaluating urgency, promptly providing care, and coordinating appropriate follow-up services.
\n
• Facilitate training sessions for team members, staff, and community stakeholders on various clinical topics to enhance overall service delivery.
\n
• Perform in-depth initial assessments to determine client treatment needs and formulate accurate diagnoses using DSM-5 criteria.
\n
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on established clinical guidelines, ensuring each client receives personalized, effective therapy and supportive counseling.
\n
• Utilize various therapeutic models, including behavior modification techniques and brief therapy, to optimize client outcomes during sessions.
\n
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering professional development and maintaining high standards of care.

• Collaborate with community providers and agencies, creating comprehensive cross-system plans to enhance the treatment of clients with complex needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily serve a diverse client population, focusing on individuals with complex or multiple diagnoses, including those with co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders. A specific emphasis will be placed on supporting mothers and individuals from underserved communities, helping them navigate unique challenges while fostering resilience and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work (MSW), marriage and family therapy (MFT), mental health counseling (MHC), or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse caseload, including collaborating efficiently with support staff and providers.

• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and communication platforms to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Exceptional computer skills, particularly in Windows applications, for effective documentation and reporting.
\n
• Proven ability to engage and communicate empathetically with clients and colleagues while demonstrating a commitment to improving behavioral health.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in evidence-based practices and familiarity with community mental health resources.

• Background in working with mother and child populations would be advantageous.

• Previous clinical supervision experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
