A leading provider of skilled home healthcare service throughout Mercer County, is seeking a RN Home Care Nurse to join our team. The RN will interact with the entire home care team and is responsible for direct patient care. The ideal candidate must have a current NJ RN License; excellent clinical, communication and organizational skills along with ability to work independently in the home environment. The position requires approx 8-12 weeks of training along side designated preceptor mon - fri, daytime hours.

Job Requirements

• Must have a current NJ RN License
• Excellent clinical skills
• Knowledge of current clinical practices
• Must have exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Basic Computer skills
• Available for weekend, holiday rotations
