Hampton Inn Atlanta Six Flags is looking for friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Front Desk team!
We are encouraging interested candidates to visit our hotel in person, introduce themselves, and speak with our management team about this exciting opportunity.
Whether you have previous hotel experience or a strong background in customer service, we'd love to meet you!
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and telephone calls.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining Hilton hospitality standards.
- Promote Hilton Honors enrollment and recognize loyalty members.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby.
- Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and cash-handling standards.
- Assist with additional front office responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
