Job Summary

As a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by developing and executing strategic marketing plans with our valued partners. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans with value partners to drive business growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

• Lead and manage the creation of joint marketing campaigns and programs with value partners.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify opportunities for partnership marketing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within value partner organizations.

• Develop and manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

• Provide guidance and support to value partners in developing and executing their own marketing initiatives.

• Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve and enhance partnership marketing strategies.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partnership marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement as needed.

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Palo Alto Networks' products and services to effectively position them in partner marketing efforts.

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on co-selling opportunities with value partners.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the value partner marketing team.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Palo Alto Networks, representing the company and its values to external partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Strong Experience in Marketing: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in GTM marketing, or growth marketing, or channel marketing, with a proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing programs that drive revenue growth.

• Strategic Thinker and Problem Solver: The candidate should possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive partner success. They should be able to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop innovative programs that deliver measurable results.

• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: As a key liaison between Palo Alto Networks and its partners, the value Partner Marketing Manager should have excellent communication and collaboration skills. They should be able to build and maintain relationships with partners, internal stakeholders, and Cross-Functional teams to drive successful joint marketing initiatives.

• Results-Driven and Data-Oriented: The candidate should have a results-driven mindset and be able to work with data to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions. They should have experience with marketing analytics tools and be able to use data to optimize and improve future marketing efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

• Proven ability in lead generation and content creation.

• Experience in digital marketing, event planning, and sales enablement.

• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships.

• High adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
