Key facts Location: Barcelona Engagement: Hybrid (minimum 6 days per month in office) What you'll do Partner with business leaders to align People strategies with unit objectives. Manage organizational design, team sizing, and change management initiatives. Develop frameworks for talent identification, succession planning, and internal mobility. Oversee performance review architecture, including goal-setting and development coaching. Utilize People Analytics to monitor organizational health and retention. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to address future capability gaps. Administer compensation and promotion cycles according to budget and policy. Analyze engagement data to improve team effectiveness and sentiment. Provide guidance on labor relations and employment law. Lead cross-functional projects related to rewards, performance, and leadership enablement. Requirements 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in international tech or corporate environments. Ability to design and execute talent and organizational frameworks independently. Experience guiding senior leadership through organizational transitions and scaling. Proficiency in using data and analytics to support business cases and structural changes. Capacity to translate business KPIs into actionable people strategies. Strong communication and coaching skills for stakeholder management. Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
