Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other members of the healthcare team to ensure a holistic treatment approach for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, guiding patients through challenging moments and offering necessary support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment choices, and community support options available to them.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development workshops to remain current in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with a variety of mental health conditions. As a mental health counselor, you'll address complex challenges ranging from mood disorders and anxiety to personality issues and the ramifications of trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology obtained from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills as demonstrated through experience.

• Proficient in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Exceptional crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to perform well under pressure.

• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in forming therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and the ability to utilize digital tools for managing patient interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-license clinical experience is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The estimated salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
