Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team and create a welcoming first impression for every visitor and caller. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact, helping ensure smooth daily operations, clear communication, and a positive experience for guests, clients, and team members. What You Will Do Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly. Provide accurate information and support to guests, clients, and internal staff. Manage check-ins, check-outs, appointments, sign-ins, and related front desk activities. Maintain an organized and presentable reception area. Handle scheduling, calendar updates, and basic administrative tasks as needed. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, faxes, deliveries, and packages. Support coordination with team members to help daily operations run smoothly. Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and document preparation when needed. Follow company procedures to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism. What We’re Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with common office software and basic computer systems. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a receptionist, administrative support, or guest services role. Familiarity with phone systems, scheduling tools, and office equipment.
