If you are a certified Med Tech who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves as a Care Aide, we want to meet you.
The Best of Both Worlds: Your RoleThis isn't just a "med pass" role. You are a versatile caregiver who ensures every resident feels supported through the night.
Precision Medication Support: Safely administer medications and maintain meticulous documentation.
Hands-On Heart: Step in as a Care Aide to assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, and personal care) with the dignity our residents deserve.
The Night Watch: Monitor health changes and act as a vital link to our nursing staff.
Meaningful Connection: Provide that "listening ear" during late-night checks, building the trust that makes Seneca Manor feel like home.
