Customer Service Rep, remote, but must be able to commute to Southlake for occasional trainings and meetings

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

M-F 8AM - 5PM

Temp to perm (3 months), excellent benefits once perm

The Big Task

Looking for an energetic and positive personality for this front line position with excellent customer service skills to work in a fast-paced environment where you are the first contact many callers have with our company. This person will answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing, new, and potential customers. They will schedule maintenance and service appointments while also making follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. They will work closely with dispatch representatives to coordinate and fill the technician's job board.
