Key Responsibilities As a PTA, you will:

* Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments and rehabilitation services * Help patients improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence * Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans * Monitor patients' progress and communicate updates with the therapy team * Work alongside physical therapists and other clinical staff * Provide education and support to patients throughout their rehabilitation * Build positive and meaningful relationships with patients * Maintain accurate and timely documentation * Promote patient safety and comfort during treatment * Support patients throughout their recovery and rehabilitation journey

Qualifications & Skills

* Active New Jersey PTA License * Passion for rehabilitation and patient-centered care * Professional, reliable, and compassionate * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work effectively in a small, supportive rehabilitation environment * Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
