Branch Manager

Branch Manager World Finance, a leading provider of personal loans and tax preparation, seeks a Branch Manager to lead a dedicated team and guide customers toward achieving their financial goals. Responsibilities Facilitate excellent customer service and lead team members by example. Direct, mentor, and delegate daily tasks to branch staff. Address customer needs holistically, pairing customers with suitable loans and tax services. Sell new and existing World products to meet customers’ financial needs. Support, collaborate with, and leverage the strengths of the branch team. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community engagement within the branch. Foster relationships in the community that organically drive loan and tax business to the branch. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Management experience or a strong history of teamwork and people skills. Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to negotiate, strategize, and plan effectively. Passion for quality customer service and continuous improvement. Positive influence and motivation to grow in leadership.
