About the Role Cowboys Logistics is seeking a Sales Business Development professional to join our growing team. This individual is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, and excited by the opportunity to make a direct impact within a growing organization. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and relationship-building. Build and maintain relationships with customers and key decision-makers. Identify customer transportation needs and provide customized logistics solutions. Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding. Negotiate pricing and service agreements. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline activity. Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure customer success. Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships. Meet and exceed individual sales goals. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or another customer-facing role preferred.
