As a Sr. Business Development Representative, you would play an important role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. As a Sr. Business Development Representative, you would play an important role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is motivated by an uncapped commission structure. Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT staffing and workforce solution sectors.
- Event Participation: Leverage BravoTECH's strong investment in networking events, conferences, and client entertainment opportunities to build relationships with technology leaders and drive new business growth. Some events take place outside of standard business hours.
- Cold Outreach: Consistently generate new business opportunities through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound calling to expand BravoTECH's client base.
- Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of business development experience in a workforce solutions and/or IT staffing sales related industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Motivation: Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Persistence: Comfort with cold calling and the tenacity to pursue leads diligently.
- Ability for periodic travel, estimated 2 days per month.
