Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a school setting supporting student needs
• Redacted report submission required
• Reliable transportation, with the ability to serve approximately five campuses in either South or West Houston
• Comfortable completing most responsibilities on-site (with some hybrid opportunities for report writing from home)
• Commitment to a full-time, 37.5-hour workweek for the entire academic year

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and intervention for students across multiple campuses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Contribute professional insight during student support meetings and help shape positive school climate and outcomes
• Ensure timely and confidential completion of documentation and reports
• Participate in ongoing professional development
