Associate Attorney

Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site association attorney position at our Fort Lee and Hackensack New Jersey offices. You will be responsible for preparing cases from inception through trial with assistance from the firm partners and for managing your trial team, including at least one paralegal and one administrative assistant. The salary is commensurate with courtroom experience, and the benefits package is valued at an additional $50,000 over the annual salary. The firm pays all bar memberships and continuing legal education, including programs outside New Jersey. Qualifications Expertise in plaintiff personal injury litigation; excellent command of New Jersey and New York court rules and rules of evidence. Three to five years of experience in personal injury litigation. Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is a plus. Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and license to practice law in New Jersey and Federal courts (New York admission is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a trial/litigation team. Leadership potential with a career trajectory toward partnership.
