• Call-only opportunity with defined coverage blocks
• Practice mix of approximately 75% interventional and 25% noninvasive cardiology
• Epic EMR
• Inpatient coverage at a Level III trauma facility
• Average volume of 10 Äì15 patients per shift

• Location: Eureka, California
• Setting: Inpatient
• Coverage: 24-hour beeper call, 7:00 a.m. Äì7:00 a.m.
• Call Response Time: 20 minutes
• Dates Needed:
- November 25 ÄìDecember 1, 2026 - December 8 Äì11, 2026 - December 18, 2026 ÄìJanuary 8, 2027 - April 23 Äì30, 2027
• EMR: Epic
• One provider needed; dates cannot be split among multiple physicians
Requirements
• Board certified or truly board eligible within five years of residency
• Active and unrestricted California medical license
• Active California fluoroscopy permit
• Active DEA
• Current ACLS and BLS
• At least two years of current hospital-based clinical activity in cardiology
• Updated CV listing all hospital affiliations
• Explanation required for professional gaps exceeding three months
• Current case logs required with presentation
Clinical Details
• Approximately 75% interventional and 25% noninvasive cardiology
• Nuclear cardiology reading and recent nuclear activity required
• Coverage for assigned and unassigned inpatients
• No APP or teaching supervision responsibilities
• Hospital is stroke certified
