Job Summary

We are seeking a Year-End Platform Analytics & Transition Consultant to support analytical documentation, reporting, and project execution during the transition to a new servicing platform. This role plays a critical part in enhancing operational readiness, ensuring knowledge capture, and supporting system stabilization during peak year-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Transition Support

Develop working knowledge of the new servicing platform

Support workflow stabilization and track system-related issues

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

Analytics & Reporting Support

Perform structured data analysis and reconciliation activities

Generate internal tracking reports and monitor key milestones

Identify exceptions and document findings under guidance

Documentation & Knowledge Management

Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, and process documentation

Organize and manage documentation repositories

Capture key operational knowledge to support team onboarding and reduce platform dependency risks

Project & Deliverable Coordination

Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables

Maintain risk logs, issue trackers, and action item registers

Support communication and coordination across cross-functional stakeholders

Required Skills

3-6 years of experience in:

Mortgage servicing

Financial operations

System implementations

Regulated operational environments

Experience supporting platform transitions or system implementations preferred

Exposure to reporting, compliance, or audit environments is a plus

Pay Details: $37.50 per hour
