Sr. AccountantThe Sr. Accountant will provide timely and accurate accounting and analysis to support a multi-brand Wholesale/Direct to Consumer environment. This is a hybrid position; we work on site 4 days and remotely 1 day weekly.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly journal entriesPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliationsCreate and maintain purchase ordersProvide support and analytics to FP&A and ManagementPrepare monthly/quarterly SOX controlsPrepare Cost Center expense reporting for ManagementPartner with internal and external auditorsManage intercompany balances and transactionsMaintain various accounting schedulesConduct financial analysis as neededPrepare Purchase Orders load in SAPEstablish and maintain standard operating procedures/processes for the current tasks performedKey Skills RequiredERP system experience, preferably SAP; SAP S/4HANA exposure is a plusMicrosoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, including sorting, filtering, lookups, and basic data analysisStrong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-throughAnalytical thinking, reconciliation, research, and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain audit-ready documentation and follow company policies, controls, and deadlinesBachelors in accounting/finance or related field2+ years of accounting experienceStrong organizational skillsStrong Excel skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI, SAP MM, Oracle Suite.Experience in consumer products, retail, wholesaleWork EnvironmentThis role follows a hybrid schedule, with four days per week in the Mansfield office.
