Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a Senior Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis to lead end-to-end financial performance and strategic planning. The role combines core FP&A responsibilities with collections process design, supporting senior leadership through financial modeling, reporting, and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; conduct variance analysis on budgets and forecasts
- Lead annual budgeting process and develop forward-looking financial models for cash flow and profitability projections
- Provide financial guidance on business decisions; perform profitability and cost analyses to identify savings opportunities
- Establish and manage collections processes to optimize cash flow, monitor accounts receivable, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Lead or support high-impact financial and operational projects; contribute to finance organization development and capability planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and accounting software (Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains)
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Demonstrated ability to establish or improve collections processes and manage client billing
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
