Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide telespeech and teletherapy services for middle and high school students within a public school setting in Fortson, GA. This contractual role requires expertise in virtual speech-language services and active licensure to support student success through direct therapy and compliance with educational requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver teletherapy services to students in middle and high school.
• Schedule, attend, and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, including daily logs to track therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student communication goals.
• Manage workload according to district guidelines with flexibility in caseload discussions during the interview process.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license.
• Georgia Educator Certification for SLPs.
• Proven experience in virtual speech-language therapy services within school settings.
• Strong organizational skills for managing scheduling and documentation.
• Comfort and proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and digital tools.

Location:Fortson, Georgia (serving middle and high school students in the surrounding district).

This contract position requires a commitment to a full-time schedule of at least 37.5 hours per week from early August 2026 through late May 2027, with potential additional days for planning. Candidates with a combination of onsite and virtual experience will be evaluated competitively.
