Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Minnesota Department of Education SLP or SLPA license required
• Experience or strong interest in a school-based setting, serving various age groups
• CCC or CFY credentialing preferred for SLPs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with students to support growth in speech, language, and social development

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each student
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports as required by educational guidelines
• Support a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for students from varied backgrounds
