Working with law enforcement, community corrections agencies and the court system, we provide customized offender management solutions that help to reduce recidivism and improve reentry success. These solutions combine electronic monitoring technology, alcohol and substance abuse testing and community‑based offender management programs. Job Description The Case Manager provides a service to the contracted Department by handling an assigned caseload of offenders serving an alternative sentence of electronic monitoring and is primarily responsible for comprehensive case management and enforcement of restrictions ordered by the Court, Probation, Parole, or Sheriff’s Department. Schedule Monday to Friday 8‑5 plus on‑call hours alternate weeks; Mon‑Fri 5pm‑8pm, Sat and Sun 9:00 am‑2:00 pm. Pay $21.00 - $21.40/hr Benefits Health Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Vision Insurance Wages On Demand Tuition Reimbursement Job Expectations + Essential Functions Responsible for participant’s program orientation and effectively communicates program rules, regulations, and contract requirements of their sentence. Recover monitoring devices from the field. Set the guidelines and requirements for participants while on the Electronic Monitoring program by detailing permitted activities and setting a schedule for monitoring. Conduct weekly or bi‑weekly compliance appointments, collect, review, and interpret participant activity documentation, review activity reports to ensure compliance, collect program fees or adjust daily rates, verify and/or adjust activity schedules, and prepare reports and notices for case files and sentencing department. Review and interpret daily participant exception reports, investigating non‑compliance. Install or visually inspect electronic monitoring equipment used by participants at Sentinel office or local jail. Testify in court for participants that have not met program requirements. Advise Branch Manager of participants who are non‑compliant. Recommend removal of non‑compliant participants from the program. Maintain an auditable case file for all participants under management. Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Other Requirements Experience in criminal justice or a related field preferred but not required. Must successfully pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening. Knowledge + Skills + Abilities Professional communication skills to interact with Department members, judges, employees, and participants. Ability to work in Microsoft Office applications and other Windows‑based programs. Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed information. Ability to prepare written reports and maintain accurate records. Strong presentation and persuasive skills.
