Job Description: At Job Duck, we are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist who can be the welcoming first point of contact for clients while delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction. In this role, you will speak with individuals who may be experiencing stressful situations and provide reassurance, professionalism, and guidance while ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently. You will play an important role in managing incoming calls, gathering key information, updating systems accurately, and connecting callers with the appropriate team members. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains composed under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and energized by meaningful conversations, this could be an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding remote caree • Compensation Range: USD 1,015 to 1,100 per month Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prequalify incoming leads by gathering relevant information
• Assist callers with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Enter and update information within CRM and case management systems
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation
• Transfer calls to the appropriate team member when needed
• Manage multiple phone lines while handling administrative tasks simultaneously
• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
• Take detailed and accurate messages

Requirements: Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional phone presence required Previous experience in a law firm environment preferred, particularly within personal injury practices Experience working in high volume phone based environments preferred Customer service mindset focused on helping others Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [MST][MDT] (United States of America) Languages: English, Spanish Ready to dive in?
