Job Duties and Responsibilities Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. EchoStar’s Talent Acquisition team requires a high-volume Recruiter to drive a swift candidate experience across nationwide In-Home Services locations. The position solves critical staffing shortages by executing targeted candidate evaluation, sourcing initiatives, and business partner support. Key efforts focus on streamlining hiring funnels and utilizing data to maximize departmental recruiting efficiency. What Success Looks Like (Objectives): Review applications, complete pre-screening questionnaires, and schedule top talent for on-site interviews Drive targeted sourcing initiatives across assigned locations to convert high-quality applicants into hires Support key recruiting-related projects and align departmental OKRs with broader HR initiatives Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service through rapid follow-through and prioritized urgency Leverage AI applications and modern sourcing platforms to optimize applicant pipelines and reporting Skills, Experience and Requirements Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring): Strong skills in evaluating high-potential talent and navigating modern sourcing platforms Problem-solving abilities to navigate corporate challenges of varying complexity AI literacy and application expertise to enhance sourcing strategy and drive daily efficiency Data interpretation capabilities to inform recruitment decisions and support team metrics Professionalism in managing cross-functional relationships and applying corporate HR policies Adaptability to thrive within an ever-changing environment Minimum Requirements: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum Experience: Experience in talent acquisition, high-volume recruiting, or hiring operations Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with: Professional ATS and internet sourcing platforms Data interpretation tools to drive hiring efficiency Visa sponsorship not available for this role Salary Ranges Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $75,000.00/Year Benefits We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
