Associate Manager, Mako Clinical Processes, Southwest

Stryker seeks an Associate Manager for Mako Clinical Processes to lead cross-functional initiatives across a multi-state Southwest territory. This remote role focuses on driving robotic surgical system utilization, implementing clinical strategy, and fostering collaboration between field teams and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Foster collaborative culture with field teams to drive clinical competency and robotic system utilization across territory
- Execute Mako strategic initiatives and communicate implementation plans to key stakeholders and local leadership
- Develop and deliver scalable training programs and re-education initiatives using complaints data and analytics
- Partner with cross-functional teams including field education, marketing, and customer support on program development and compliance
- Monitor and report on sales education strategy impact and utilization metrics to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S., B.A.S., or B.B.A. preferred)
- 8+ years work experience, including 8+ years in Mako clinical or joint replacement roles
- Orthopedic and/or healthcare background highly preferred
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Persuasive oral and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with established timelines
